My Story

Sometimes our greatest wounds point us to our greatest calling. My path to working with women came out of my own journey of navigating the devastation of heartbreak and unchosen change of betrayal. The pain of walking through loss and trauma was life-altering. I couldn't see it in the moment, but while devastation had decimated life as I knew it, it also placed me at a cross-roads. It handed me an opportunity to look deep within, uncover what was there, and decide what to do with it. When I looked within, I found more than I expected to--more pain, more brokenness, and more fear that I realized I held. But I also found more strength, more courage and more power that I knew I held, too. Most importantly, I found a reminder of who God made me to be. Healing and become are life-long work, but what I've found is our greatest wounds can also hold some of life's greatest gifts if we dare to heal.
